Mind mapping as a writing technique
One of way of organizing ideas before writing an essay or report is to use mind mapping. It allows the writer to jot down all ideas he/she can think of about a topic. The ideas may be written down on squares or circles or inside any shapes or positions that demonstrate how these connect, relate or explain other ideas.
